As a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), Peter completed a four-year (sandwich) university degree followed by three years of supervised professional training before sitting the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This full Chartered pathway ensures the advice you receive is based on both rigorous academic study and extensive practical experience.

Peter’s experience includes:

• Estates Surveyor for a university, carrying out alterations to improve accessibility across the estate.

• Commercial Building Surveyor for national and local firms, advising businesses and investors across the UK.

• In-house Surveyor providing surveying support to over 400 occupied properties nationwide.

• Providing residential surveys and advice to the public, with experience in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Cumbria, and London.
